Chronicles of Rebenhof

This was the leaflet when in opening year 1962 Gerhard and Friedel Ziegler fulfilled their dream of starting an own business. Rebenhof had been opened with 8 rooms and a restaurant on 1st July, since then many things changed and a lot has remained

In 1966 Martin was born, in 1967 Gerhard Ziegler died unexpectedly. With assitance of the whole family and staff and never ending commitment Friedel Ziegler continued running the path.

In 1973 an extension building was opend while the first rooms were equipped with new bathrooms, Rebenhof has now 17 hotel rooms.

In 1988 the sideroom as well as the entrance was extended and from this moment on it was called the "Burgunderstube"

Since 1993 Doris and Martin Ziegler are involved in business, Rebenhof was consigned in 1996 to them. In 2000 they renovated the kitchen, restaurant and the top floor was also enlarged. From now on Rebenhof had 19 hotel rooms, in 2007 the hotel extension was completed and Rebenhof had now 25 rooms available. The garden area was laid out completey new and is now well situated into the landscape.
